Love this Virgin Active. Staff at the reception, cafe and gym floor are always friendly. The facilities are a labyrinth due to the way gym is laid out. I've been coming here regularly for a few months and still working it out. Two changing rooms, a running track, a good stretch area, a female only area are all great.

Pool is 25m but only two lanes meaning it will get uncomfortably busy at peak hours. I would look at informing swimmers about lane etiquette which can improve things.

I was constantly impressed by the quality of instructors here - spin, abs class, body pump, HIIT... always great energy and dedication.

Lastly, often overlooked, I'd like to point out the work of cleaning staff who clean non-stop and are also friendly. This makes the gym look neat at even the busiest times.
