I take my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee to the Rocheste...

I take my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee to the Rochester Jeep Dealership for all my warranty repair. I honestly can say that Steve the service advisor is Awesome! On the other hand some of the techs that work there are not the greatest and that goes along with the body shop. I needed a hinge for my drivers side door and was told the hinge would have to be painted. They ordered the wrong hinge to start and never even painted it after they said it needed to be painted. Now I have one painted and one not. Steve told me he was waiting on the body shop to give him an answer which obviously never happened. I had the coolant flushed paid $160 only to have to bring it back because now I had a leak due to the thermostat housing leaking. Once again, Steve had it taken care of ASAP! Never had an issue until I brought it in feeling I needed to service the coolant since it s been awhile. Rochester should love the fact that I chose them to service my vehicle and not go anywhere else but at the same time I bring it in and don t get the job completely finished without me having to call back and once again take time off work due to their lack of NOT being thorough in diagnosing or following through on what they tell the customer.
