The negative reviews here are completely correct, if you are thinking of training at BCP I seriously advise you to do your research beforehand - do one to one classes with teachers in different studios around London, before you are stuck to BCP having committed to them financially.

Yes, there are some great teachers who work for BCP but the level of inconsistency between the teachers makes for both a confusing and frankly dangerous approach to Pilates. The teachers need to appreciate that many of the students are already highly qualified and knowledgeable and stop having such a teacher know it all complex, especially when discussing things that are clearly out of their comfort zone!
