Firstly the staff we're excellent without exception. The views are amazing and it's a beautiful area and well worth a visit. The hotel itself has lovely communal areas but I am afraid the room we had did match our expectations of a 5 star hotel. The room was outdated and the bathroom was dated and a little shabby. The bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable and we weren't able to get much sleep,also a musky smell to the room. Outside the room was a room service tray that was there for 2 days and the light didn't work. Outside the hotel the harbour is superb but a lot of the shops were empty and certain areas were unkept. Overall a lovely place but renovations in certain areas is needed.
