Communication with the office = 1 star.

Communication with the office = 1 star.
I was referred for a sleep study. We did the sleep study and no one called me to let me know the results were in. Two months later, I called and they said, oh, yeah, we have your results. I asked if I could get a copy of the results; I was told she could send me a copy which was never done. (The doctor's assistant was better, I would give her 4 stars.)

The sleep study = 1 star
As for the sleep study itself, the technology felt like something developed in the 1980's -- a giant headband. A Fitbit offers more advanced technology, and you get nightly data instead of data one time. Maybe if the office sent me the report like they promised I would have a better impression of the test.

Doctor's Philosophy = 1 star
The doc wanted to jump right in and prescribe antidepressants as an "off-label" sleep aid. Upon looking up the drug characteristics, the drug is a) toxic b) addictive and c) many people report it doesn't work. The doctor made no effort to inform me of potential side effects of the drug and said simply: most people tolerate it.
