This place, and their parent groups other clinics, have absolutely no regard for the rights of their patients. The frequently violate the federal 43 CFR guidelines and will acknowledge they are doing it and continue doing it. I had to call the CARF WHO THEN HAD TO CALL THE CORPORATE OFFICE to get Hagerstown to comply. I have spoken to 3 former staff members and have heard nothing but negativity. If you don't mind having your rights violated and want to have your dose lowered as punishement....feel free. I would have a copy of your federal rights as a methadone patient and your basic patient rights saved into your phone, know a good Certified Methadone Advocate, and the numbers for CARF and the MD state Opiate Treatment Authority ready at all times!
