Called office, spoke with Roxanne, gave my information and blocked shower drain issue. She was unable to tell me what cost to unclog drain or if techs have cameras on hose to see pipes inside. Roxanne tone and responses showed frustration and seemed not eager to help but eager to get off phone. Made it difficult to get a general quote. After being put on hold again, she returned and gave me service price for just tech but not price for drain clearing. Talk about buying a "pig in a poke". Poor customer service on this call, made it easy to call AJ Perri who advertise $99.00 for clearing drain, no run around like I experienced today. Maybe you'll have a better experience though..... Got call back again from Julia who apologize for call center. She gave me the same inability to quote tiers of pricing, same run around. (Gold Medal gets a bronze medal in my opinion. ) How can you charge customers $29.00 for tech to make evaluation and can't discuss a price with possible scinarios... I understand if it's more than a simple clog and will cost parts and labor for repairs, I get that ...But how much to just simply snake a drain. (Their answer , sorry we can't give a quote on phone). Asked her do techs have camera on hose to see blockage? Answer avoided again! Telling me trucks are well equipped. Not what I asked... cameras? ?? Well some might have them if we need it, we will call in another tech. WHAT??? How much is all of that? Sorry we can't give prices. [Ok so let me go to dinner at a restaurant not knowing price for my meal selection,
then have a waiter tell me the price for the meal at the end of the meal ???] Does that logic make sense.... I'm not doing business a company that can't be forthright and doesn't play these shell games with people. Shame on them. Don't bother responding an apology, it will have no merit and won't be honest :(
