Very poor response when appealing a parking charge...

Very poor response when appealing a parking charge notice, machine was not functioning correctly and they issued a fine within minutes. Not much of a coincidence is it. Claimed there was another machine available when there wasn t! One 500m up the road in a different car park doesn t really count!
