If I had to give 0 stars, I sure would. This is not my own insurance company but this is the insurance company of the party who hit me. Getting hit by a car is one thing, dealing with this insurance is another monster of its own. Took a long time for the approval of my repairs to be done and took a long time for my rental to get approved. The workers in the claims department are inept and rude. The adjuster for my claim clearly does not know anything and did a horrible job in assisting in my claim. Between the wait times, the approval process, and the sore lack of communication, I'm at awe in how this insurance company is still in business. I'll be filing a complaint with NAIC, and I recommend for anyone about to submit a negative review on them to do the same.
