My pediatrician recommended us to Sibley after he heard a murmur during her 1mo checkup. As you can imagine, hearing heart anything can be anxiety inducing - exponentially if it is in your infant child. But, the experience at Sibley and all the staff (administrative and medical professionals alike) made it a very positive experience. The front desk staff was extremely warm, the techs were sooooo patient and focused on doing what they could to calm my baby while getting vitals and echo. They didn t rush me and actually told me to take as long as I needed. Dr. Cholis (spelling?) was super calm and made sure my baby was at ease before he proceeded with his exam. Once he was able to examine her he walked me through every detail on what he believes COULD be an issue in a way I could understand (thank goodness it was nothing). Also, leading up to the day of the visit I received several calls with changes and/or information I would need. Overall, it was an A++ experience. I hope to never have to bring my babies to a cardiologist again but if I did I d go to Sibley.
