One of my favorite bookstores in the Boston/Cambridge area, Brookline Booksmith has well-curated fiction and non-fiction tables on the ground level and a great sprawl of used books in the basement as well, including genres such as science fiction, fantasy, comic books, and Y/A. It also hosts pretty neat authors from time to time - Jonathan Safran Foer, Jodi Picoult to name a few. My only complaint is there's no loyalty card!
