Mihalko's will design your home and then take it from you!!! Our house caught fire do to the neighbor s house catching fire and spread to our home. We had insurance and thought everything would be taken care of. Mihalko's will talk a great price and even guide you through the process like they genuinely care. Took over 8 months to do some of the work because the house still is not complete. They hire poor workers that to half jobs their paint jobs are the worst. I came to the house every other weekend and never saw workers. Then they up charge you on everything. When they were asked to do certain things in the home we were told they could only do what the house originally had. Well the old house never had so much lighting throughout the house in my life. Long story short they are taking my Grandmother s house because they went over $58,194.00 and expect her to pay in within 3 months. A retired nurse that is on a major fixed income. They forced her to apply for their finance option and guess what she didn't qualify for $58,000.00. She couldn't even afford to pay the monthly payment of what she did qualify for. But yet they still put a mechanical lien against her and now an Order of Execution!!! Great job Mihalko s bad enough we had a house fire that was not caused by us, but now you take the home my Grandmother has ever owned.
