The pictures on the website look awesome, but reality sets in when you get there. The ocean fronts rooms do not have view of the ocean, you can barely see the ocean from room. Rooms have lot of bugs because they have smallgaps around the door frame. Half of the things in the room were not working, safe, fridge, AC control and no TV. The customer service is terrible, we told them the AC control is not working and it was hot in the room. We told them to get a new control and adjust the temp to a cooler temp. We told them this around 7pm, they said they would fix it but when we returned to the room at midnight. The issue was not fixed.
