In response to Adm. Capital's response to resident Catia, I live in the same condominium, I come to inform you that by questioning, repeatedly, Mr. Ricardo Guzzardi Sobrinho, responsible for adm. Capital, to verify the budget and accounting and social security transactions related to the payment of employees, the same, in addition to not presenting such documents, also did not clarify who was responsible for checking and renewing the contract with Grupo Cunha's security company. To my surprise, afterwards, when reading the minutes of the Meeting, there was a report that the condominium was bearing 11 (eleven) labor claims, which resulted in the expense of R $ 34,300.00, as a result of agreements with employees, using, for payment, the Reserve Fund of this Condominium, a fact hitherto unknown in the rendering of accounts of the condominium.

It is worth mentioning that these incidents have already occurred on other occasions, and it is not the first time that Adm. Capital has made serious mistakes and when questioned by me, the resident, about the errors, several times , when rectifying the errors questioned, attributes the failures to its employees.
Thus, contrary to the answer given by Adm. Capital, with such observations exposed above, the reliability and transparency of Administradora Capital remain, in a certain way, doubtful. Therefore, if there is observance and analysis of documents of this condominium with Administradora Capital, the question remains if there are no other pending issues to be resolved.

When questioning Mr. Rogerio Souza, manager of this administrator, the reason why the access controllers (company JC) are doing a different service from the one determined by the Ministry of Labor and Employment, according to the Legal Journey Program, that is, 8-hour day or 12x36., at the Condominium Evolution Family Club, where I live, he replied:
"The definition of the work schedule is defined by the company that provides the service, taking care of all the costs and risks.
We are aware that the 12x36 scale involves a larger number of employees who have a very low remuneration and as a rule the professionals who work in this scale work in two jobs or do not have sufficient qualification, for this reason this and many other companies operate in the 4x2 scale or even at different scales to offer greater loyalty to employees who work exclusively at the post and have a better remuneration.
I ASK THIS ADMINISTRATOR? DOES THE DETERMINATION OF THE MTE IN RELATION TO THE SCHEDULE OF SERVICE OF THESE PROFESSIONALS HAVE NO STRENGTH OF LAW, THAT IS, DOESN'T HAVE TO BE OBEYED?
