Unprofessional. Rude. Disrespectful. Inconsiderate. This goes for the finance and the service department. They also do not report to your credit.
It is terribly sad that people come to work everyday and find enjoyment in treating innocent hard working people, wrong. I wish that I could post an audio of how they speak to their customers. Do not spend your hard earned money here. Trust me when I say that is not worth it and will only cause a tremendous amount of stress. At times, we fall down, become desperate and settle. PLEASE reconsider - as I am considering returning my vehicle.
