I've bought two cars from Roseville Toyota, and both experiences were good. The second sale only took a couple of hours (I've spent many more hours than that in negotiations before). The financing department was pleasant and didn't try to force any extras on me. As a new Prius owner, I had some questions for the service department. The shop foreman, Mike, went on a drive with me and took the time to explain the differences between the Prius and other cars and how I could drive it to increase my mpg. That drive was very helpful, and I really appreciated his time.
