If I can give this place zero stars I would! This is the first time buying a car with them and it will be my last. If I were you go somewhere else the people there don't know what they are doing. I went in on labor day to buy my first car. I already have in mind what I wanted as soon as I pull up a sales man came up to me and my husband and ask us what car are we looking for. I found my dream car 2019 Toyota Corolla XSE with the color I wanted and everything that I want in a car is in that car. After price is set and contract has been sign and I took it home for 2 weeks and the dealership called me to go in to sign the contract again. I was piss because where I live is 1 1/2 hr away from the dealership. I have to waste half of my day in that weekend to resign the contract. When we resign the contract the finance said is was the system that didn't save the contract. I let it go but when it got close to my due date 10/31/18 I call the dealership and ask why my bill is not here yet. They give me a 1800 number (toyota finance) to call. I called them and they said that they have no record of me on their system and told me to call my dealer. I called and I demanding for manager her name is BRITTANIA she look into my contract and she don't know why they don't have me on toyota finance. She told me that she will get this problem sort out and call me first thing in the morning. I waited all day till 5pm and I called, spoke to Richard he claims he is a manager too (THEY HAVE POOR SERVICE EVEN FROM MANAGER WHICH SHE SHOULD BE FIRE). He said he is sorry and they got it sort out already I should received my bill in next week. I was so piss because if they would of know how to do their job the correct way the first time there will be no problem. With all the problem that they mess up over and over again I ask them for a free tented window. They weren't even trying to offer me anything for their mistake it was just a straight up no. I hope this rate bring attention to the owner of how much mistake this place can make for just buy one car. With buying just one car their shouldn't be this much problem I will never buy a car from that place again.
