I am Service America Customer, and my refrigerator has been leaking for over 2 months and Service America Technicians has been working on it five times, but still not fixed. We have been spending days waiting for the technicians for days and when I call and complaint, only action taken reschedule done for next week or so. Last time I called requested to supervisor "Linda" hang-up on me?

Our refrigerator has been leaking water again and I have tried to call Service America for repair, I have spend 1/2 hour on hold and no one answered me.
