Update: Called this morning. The gentleman last week said June 9 to call. Well then I'll call a day later. Diane or diana on the phone had a nice look and she makes things happen today. So hopefully we can submit our bills tomorrow.
experience so far is that Bouwe / Qiuon loves paperwork and forms a lot. A small adjustment within the building fund account of 900 euros. Rejected .. there had to be a form from the appraiser that our house kept the same value after renovation. The appraiser laughed and we were very frustrated. It takes a long time before an application is processed 5 working days to receive a rejection, send additional information and then you are 10 days further. In the meantime, we cannot continue with the renovation because you do not know what you can or cannot do.
