Their new location offers lots of space for their wide array of stock, but my biggest problem has always been with their staff. I've visited a few times, but only once has anyone ever asked me if I needed help finding anything after having spent 20+ minutes in the store. When I was ready to checkout, another employee who was ringing up someone else had to say to another that they should ring up my purchase. There were multiple employees hanging back behind the counter. Stock in the back is unorganized. I avoid having to visit this store unless they have something that my FLGS doesn't have immediately in stock.
