Worst branch I've ever been to!

Worst branch I've ever been to!
Unfriendly staff who take so long to do anything.
They also do not comply to the Bank of Scotland policies. I wasted my time driving up to this branch during my lunch hour, for an enquiery I spoke to and confirmed with the customer service phone line the day before, to then be told 'they do not do that'. I was offered no alternative suggestions to resolve my problem or any apology for the conflicting information.

On a side note my husband was able to resolve the same thing and had no issues in another branch...

Disgusted!
