I was in the green house today. There was one check out girl. I asked if there s anyone in the downstairs in the appliances. She looked up and said they are on break. It Was a bit Startling. That was all she had to offer.

I waited in appliances for 10 minutes or more. By the time a person came down I was already done with this

I didn t want to wait any longer.

Sorry green house this was not your best day. I hate going to amazon just because the service was so poor.

*I wanted to update my review, as the owners relied to me quickly. I'm sure the young girl was frazzled as she was alone. And I know customer service is key to the greenhouse. I think it was one of those days.
I love the greenhouse. I've loved it since it first opened so long ago. I'm so happy that the new owners kept so many things from the first one. I will definitely shop there again ... many times.*
