We were desperatly trying to find a home for rent....

We were desperatly trying to find a home for rent. They approved us for a property, ran background check credit report, I mean approved us to a property. We even went as far as to send them by certified mail a cashier check for the deposit. Then, at the very last minute as we are moving across the state. They told us that the Landlord doesn't want to rent anymore. Since didn't get approved for a house and that they are also cashing our cashier's check. Horrible! what kind of service is that? They don't want to talk to us about any of this situation. I am a hardworking professional, I am also an honest individual. This whole situation should have been handled differently. At least tell us the date when of when we should have sent the check or something honest about the situation at hand with the landlord. Before putting a property listing as available for rent, approving us, running our credit which lowers points for us, and also most importantly STEALING our money! For a property that will not be as advertised as it said. I have never worked with a more unprofessional, poor quality, and a company that really takes advantage of their clients. We have asked them to return our cashiers check we will see what they do about it. As far as we are told they will cash it for a property we will NOT be living in. My review is so that you do not work with this company and get cheated on and your money stolen the way we did.
