The customer service representative was nice, but ...

The customer service representative was nice, but the driver damaged my driveway with their roll off. They told me to send pictures, then said "it was not our fault". Then the operation manager never called me back and did nothing about it. They sent me a document saying they are not responsible and that I agreed to waiving them from any responsibility, but I never did. I would not reccomend using this company.
