Horrible property management. Nobody answers the phone or returns calls. Emergency maintenance also doesn't answer calls, return messages, or show up to address issues.

My mom is stuck in her apartment because of ice that's been on her stairs for two days. Her neighbor already fell down the stairs and still nobody bothers to even return a call, let alone address the serious safety issue.
