Worst service/experience ever. I'd rate it a negative if I could. My mom got surgery here recently. She said the staff and nurses were very loud. She heard "Clanking" sound of glasses as if they were drinking at night. She had to use a bed pan to go to the bathroom, and the nurses left her waste in her room for DAYS. She said the room was stinking and not clean at all. None one came to clean it. They took hours to get her medicine to her, and there was an incident where another patient walked into my mother's room and inappropriately suggested for her to have sex with him! Where were the nurses and security guards? I am so angry, disgusted, and horrified. ESPECIALLY since my family and I had to drive two hours into the city from the suburbs for this nonsense. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL TO ANYONE.
