Great work by Alex. Efficient and great communication (probably 2 of the most important qualities when it comes to being a mortgage broker). I have refi d several times and this was, by far, the smoothest transaction to date. I always thought using an independent broker was a more costly and time consuming option, however, Alex has proven otherwise. My rate was lower and processing time was on par (Aproximatelty 2 weeks from initial contact to loan doc signing/closing) as compared with the big refi companies that are always advertising on TV/ radio/ social media. I will definitely be coming back to Alex should rates dip even further!
