The customer service on the phone and online were wonderful. The delivery people were really nice, they came in and put the box spring and mattress up and took out my old ones. The only bad thing was the box spring I bought was poor quality and pretty much made of plywood. It already has a hole in it. Otherwise it was a great experience!
