2 times their delivery left our packages unattended inside the building, but not on our hands. First time because of that someone ripped the package open to see if there was something good to be stolen..
I contacted their customer service to open a complain but no answer in 15 days. Now when I buy something I'll always ask if they use this company's service, if so, I'll cancel the purchase.
