I'm not sure what it's like on a "normal" day (or if there even is such a thing) but for the Bissell Empty the Shelters Day, this place was a fine tuned, pet adoption machine!
The staff are friendly, the kennels are clean, and with an on-site pet shop and clinic, you can't go wrong.
One bit of advice: don't plan on close timing for anything after a vet visit. It can take a fair while longer to get in and out than you might expect.
