HORRIBLE customer service. I was in an accident over three weeks ago and no one has called to discuss the accident. Claims adjuster Paul Prim has not answered a single phone call or email. When I finally called for the 6th time she answered and stated she had not looked over the accident yet or taken my statement (this was 2 weeks after the accident at the time). It has now been over 3 weeks and she has yet to call me. I will NOT be renewing my coverage with AAA. I have had other experiences with insurance agencies who were polite, helpful, and called almost daily to check on how I was doing. I have never had such a bad experience before, best part is, the accident wasn t even my fault yet I ve had to pay the out of pocket deductible to get my car fixed because of her inability to do her job.
