Although the admissions worker was helpful, the rest of the workers we encountered were rude, unfriendly and ad absolutely no bedside manner. I was visiting my Mother with my son, home on leave from the military. He even commented on the demeanor of these people. Obviously the people in the chest pain unit, including the volunteers need ro find another occupation. They are horrible to deal with and only add to a relative's anxiety and apprehension.
