I recently used the services of this design studio for a home renovation project. While the end result was satisfactory, I found the communication with the design team to be a bit inconsistent. There were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get a response, which was a bit frustrating. However, the design concepts presented were good, and the team was receptive to my feedback. The project was completed within the agreed timeline, but there were a few minor details that needed addressing after the initial completion. Overall, I would rate the experience as average. There is potential for improvement in terms of communication and attention to detail, but the studio does have a creative vision that is worth considering.
