I had a great time at the SS Great Britain today. The museum part was well done and engaging. There are enough activities for little ones to be entertained and a rich collection of objects and replicas for adults to learn.

The boat is magnificent. The dry dock is quite interesting but don't feel obligated to go if you are running short on time or are a but claustrophobic. The top deck is a great place for pictures and there are a few games that kids will love. Downstairs is definitely not for the claustrophobic but an amazing experience. It is a bit of a maze and you might have to back track every so often, so keep an eye on your group and don't lose a member or two.

The Brunel Centre was interesting, but also skipable of you are running short of time. It is a nice break from the weather and has a a cafe and sitting space, so if you are going with someone elder and they need a break, the Centre is the perfect place to go. The movie was fun but it is a bit confusing, has loads of flashing and smoke, and has a tad bit of violence. Some kids would love it, some kids might end up a bit afraid, you know which ones are yours.

Last but not least, the service. Everyone who worked there were incredibly nice. When I got lost a crew member directed me to the right place with a kind smile and loads of patience. The tickets/gift shop staff was very polite and made my experience even better.

10/10 loved the day, it is a great thing that every ticket is valid for the whole day
