Don't bring kids with real issues here because they don't know how to deal with them. Told my daughter with recurrent psychosis that it was all in her head. Discharged my autistic son into PHP then rejected him after four days. I filed a complaint and literally haven't gotten a response in five months despite numerous calls and messages. They just don't care. A local nurse warned us that all they do is diagnose everyone bipolar. Take them to Waco Youth if they are over 13. Or Austin. We go to San Antonio. Anywhere but here. There are 101 1 star reviews as of 2/9/19. This place needs to be investigated for their atrocious treatment practices! They are doing far more harm than good.
