Very unorganized. It's my first visit and they had me write my name on the back of someone else's receipt to get on the list. Then they proceeded to skip me and cut every other person's hair here. 1.5 hrs later and I'm still here waiting. Hoping I get a free hair cut.

Edit: Downgraded to one star. They wouldn't give me a discount. And they wouldn't honor my supercuts reward card. And they wouldn't transfer my rewards card stamps to the new digital system. What a rip off.
