I rented with TM5 for 2 years, and it was a disast...

I rented with TM5 for 2 years, and it was a disaster. They would come into the house without a 24 hour notice, they were very quick to charge and overcharge when listing "damages" to the house, the appliances were very cheap, the rent was unbelievably expensive for what we actually got, and they practically turned the backyard into a swamp they were so obsessed with flooding it. There are way better, way cheaper houses to rent in College Station that are managed by understanding individuals, not a large company.
