I worked here for a year. Because the drivers are so irresponsible, manifests were forged prior to submitting to corporate in order to have all appropriate signatures. It was literally my duty to cut, copy, and scan fake signatures. When management was advised that it was forgery, we were told to do it anyways. When vendors asked to have overages or damages destroyed, certificates of destruction were sent to them, but the product was given out to staff. Once a Hispanic manager was hired, both blacks in the northern ca. office were fired, as well as an African American in the southern ca. office. I am not a disgruntled ex-employee as I have been blessed with a much greater opportunity and I am very successful. However, bull is bull. And I will not keep quiet about it.
