Unbelievably poor service. I ordered a Ragley Mmmbop back in February 2020 and I paid a deposit. Then the current situation hit and being self employed I had to put the purchase on hold. I was told by Rob that the bike had arrived and he would keep it for me until I was ready to proceed. A few weeks later I was ready to pay the balance, however I was told there would now be a wait for the bike. Although I have never received any answers from Rob, I believe he sold my bike and was hoping to get another one in for when I was ready. Why wasn't I contacted if thats what he intended? I wouldn't have had a problem with it and would have understood. Rob didn't reply to any emails or phone calls and I'm appalled at the way he runs his business. Being self employed myself if I treated my customers that way I wouldn't have a business.
