Just took delivery (DC) on my Winther Cargoo today and couldn t be happier. Jon was a breeze to communicate with- he was knowledgeable, flexible, and went out of his way to accommodate a long distance shipment. Yes, I had to meet the driver in the suburbs of VA due to DOT truck size issues but the hiccup turned into a positive adventure: figuring out how to get from Tyson s Corner to Capitol. Summary: it was easier than expected and really fun. So, bottom line, no matter where you live you should consider these guys for your next cargo bike purchase!
