Came in for a tire rotation and oil change, was told truck need an alignment. Took long, was told it would be quick, an was not provided with diagnostic report following alignment. Now vehicle pulls to the right, steering column is not level, and have to go back for an corrective alignment because the first was not done properly, if it was done at all.
I am a loyal customer asked for a manager to speak to and the service technician came out.
