I would give 0 stars if it was possible but it isn t!
After 9 years as a loyal customer I thought I was valued by this company but I was wrong!
They pestered me into an upgrade which was not feasible due to my limited internet capacity so it never worked, and they are now pursuing me for penalties without having supplied the contract.
All attempts at reasonable resolution have proved futile. Customer service is appalling, dismissive and rude.
It is the first time that I have written a negative review like this about another business and I sincerely hope it is the last . But I would not wish for anyone else to go through the same distress which they have been causing me for almost a year since I foolishly agreed to discuss my upgrade.
AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!
