Staff is so important ... breakfast can be so good...

Staff is so important ... breakfast can be so good, but if you are ignored when entering the hotel or restaurant and not even say hello. Shall we say not hospitable. Very bad communication both with guests and internally (it went wrong with booking massages, while it was confirmed in writing) problem never solved !! Then the stay starts very poor. Price - quality in terms of food is not right: piece of bite-sized meat with a salad blast and one carrot?
Too bad we will not come back here.
