Smoked Whitefish!!!! Delicious!!! Son's wedding in San Francisco and our tradition is to serve a traditional breakfast for visiting family and friends the morning after. We don't have a good source of smoked whitefish salad anymore since Costco stopped carrying it so I searched and found Acme Smoked Fish. They had two varieties so I called and talked to them on the phone. Was very surprised that it only took 15 seconds to be connected to a human being !!!! Wow and Kudos! I bought three 16 ounce tubs and they were air shipped overnight across the country arriving in perfect condition. It was the hit of my breakfast party and I'll be buying more on a regular basis.
