Met a server through a friend and had to try this place. Was welcomed into the establishment with to a savory modern esthetic, a beautiful bar, and wonderful service. I ordered a bottle of James Mitchell, a half dozen raw oysters (a bold move for the High Country), a Vidalia #4, and the chicken and dumplings. The wine and the oysters were great, but the cocktail and the entree were divine. Such a unique take on a southern classic, the dumplings were small and stiff, the accompanying Romano cheese brought a sharp edge to the dish which rounded it off splendidly. The cracked pepper of the drink spiked my interest and brought the heat. I had a wonderful time, Collin and Tyler are amazing staff, the kitchen puts in work, I highly recommend.
