Hotel general manager (Dan Withrow) and staff does not care about guests. As I was organizing my stuff in the trunk of my car in the back circle someone asked to use the luggage cart that I was all done using and had all of my things off of. The gentleman proceeded to set his things on the luggage cart and then while he left his things on the luggage cart on the sidewalk he went and pulled his car around. In the meantime the unattended luggage cart went down the sidewalk and off the steep curb falling off and hitting my shoulder injuring me and damaging my vehicle and breaking in the process. The hotel did nothing and at the time of the incident and will do nothing about my injuries or damage to my car saying that the police are telling him that it is a civil matter between me and the other hotel guest whose stuff was on the cart at the time it hurt me and damaged my car. It is going to look bad for the hotel when we go to court on live TV and tell everyone on TV how the hotel did nothing and will do nothing to make right with their customers especially a gold elite member for hotel property injuring them and damaging their vehicle. Seeing two hotel guests in court just to get money to pay for the damages for their car will not look good on the hotel at all.
