I don't even know where to begin with this... I've only given them one star because Google won't let me give them 0 stars.
First of all, there was an agreement between me and SULETS that I would pay the rent in monthly installments with the condition of providing them with a guarantor, which I did. I have proof that I have payed my rent on time every single month for a year, unfailingly. However every two months or so, they would call up my guarantor AND send him letters stating that I have not payed my rent and that they require him to pay on my behalf, which obviously was not true as I was always paying on time. When I brought that up with the agency they kept telling me that there was an outstanding payment on my account which was brought forward AND 'late payment fees' added to it. This whole situation was causing me and my guarantor distress every month so I called them up and told them to do their job and review my account (which I shouldn't have to do) to see for themselves that I was paying on time and that there was no way I owe them any more money. After they did, turns out that not only I didn't owe them money but I was actually OVERPAYING, so I had my rent reduced (NO APOLOGIES WHATSOEVER). Now, my question is: Had I not asked them to review my account, would've they ever realised I was overpaying? Don't think so.
Secondly, after having covered the cost of my rent until the 3rd of July, they inform me that I will now have to vacate my flat on the 30th of June instead and that they cannot refund me for the extra 3 days I have already payed. I now have to take days off work and stay with friends until I can move in my new flat.
Based on this, I will let you judge the degree of efficiency and professionalism SULETS offer their customers (who pay quite a lot in rent, to be honest), but my advice would be AVOID this agency at any costs! They clearly prioritise their own profit and don't care about their tenants whatsoever.
