Bought a very nice used bike here sight unseen. Well, at least not in person. Reese was my salesman. Once I got him on the phone all went well. He even remembered me and the bike a month and a half later when I called him. He took the time to take pictures and a video and send them to me during the process.

I m sure with a dealership being this large they have to deal with all types of tire kickers, especially from out of state. I would guess 90% or better are just a waste of time. With that said, it was hard at first to get anyone to respond on a timely basis with any internet request.

Once the ball was rolling, and they realized I was a real buyer, then we made great progress. Reading the other reviews, it seemed to mirror my experience at first. From what I gather, this is a big business with a lot of inventory, and a lot of real walk-in customers to take care of in person. So, if you are shopping from out of state, do not call on a Saturday and expect to be taken care of when they have tons of foot traffic. Call in the middle of the week.

In summary- great bike, I m super happy, and Reese was super honest in his description of the bike and did great once we were rolling. I would highly recommend this place and have rated it 5 stars.
