Me and my roommate are from China to study in Edinburgh. We rent a flat which is provided by Southside Property Management. Before due to the flat problems, we had an unhappy conversation experience with the Southside staff. During these days I am still thinking about it, the reasons I concluded are the language difference and distrust exits, which caused the misunderstanding between us. So at here me and roommate - Huiwen Zhang are really want to apologise to Emma Winning, who is really kind, helpful and patience to solve our worries and flat problems. To Emma, We are very sorry for the unhappy conversation between us and we are appreciate for your help, thank you very much.
