Been coming to mega video for years since I was a kid. Since the beginning when they still rented movies. But today was a different story I visited with my sister and it was a little busy. We noticed there was some tension between the workers but that was not an excuse for the poor service we received. As we approached the counter my sister greeted the worker by saying hello the worker than grunted we will be right with you not a hey how are you or something pleasant. It was very rude how she treated us. Joe please teach your employees to do better. Poor customer service can ruin a small business and keeps customers away.
